Yes, you do! Every project gets a 3D design before work begins. It’s a clever way to picture your new bathroom—layout, tiles, and exact details. If you want to try a different colour or move the mirror, just say! We tweak the plan till you’re thrilled with it.

Most makeovers take just 4-5 days from the first day of work to the final wipe - typically Monday - Friday. Sometimes it’s a wee bit more if you’ve added extras. We’ll always update you as we go. You will never be left guessing when the team is arriving or leaving.

We do our best to keep things neat. The team brings dustsheets and tidies up every evening. Where possible, we'll try set up in a way that means rubbish goes straight outside to the skip, not through your house. And when we’re done, we leave the space spotless—ready for that first bubble bath or relaxing shower!

Yes! Any products you select come with their own manufacturer warranties, so you’re covered for years to come.

You get full aftercare as part of the service. If any issues pop up, such as a loose handle or a dripping tap, just ring us. We stand by our work and are always happy to visit and sort it out.
