The £8000 fixed price covers everything you need for a full bathroom refresh, all sorted by our expert team. Here’s what you get:
- Your choice of bath or a shower tray
- Coordinating glass screen
- Feature ceiling in matt or gloss white, with four LED spotlights
- Wall hung or floor standing vanity units
- Matching WC unit
- LED lit mirror
- Shower and taps, with finishes in chrome, black or brushed brass
- Heated towel rail in your chosen finish
- An LED lit alcove (perfect for shampoos or showing off your favourite soaps!)
- Wall and floor tiles from Porcelanosa (up to 20 square metres—so much to choose from)
- All plumbing, building materials, and a skip for rubbish removal

Yes! We’re all about making things easy. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay. If you want to add extras or change the plan, we’ll always make sure you know the cost before work starts. No last-minute surprises.
The £8k bundle allows for up to 20 square metres of tiling - if your bathroom is even more spacious, there may be an additional fee. Otherwise, absolutely everything is covered.
Yes - there’s a skip included in the price. We take care of removing your old suite, tiles, and anything else we’re replacing. You can relax while we handle the mess.
Yes - our skip supplier and waste management contacts are all SEPA registered and will ensure safe and official disposal of your old bathroom.

Yes, you do! Every project gets a 3D design before work begins. It’s a clever way to picture your new bathroom—layout, tiles, and exact details. If you want to try a different colour or move the mirror, just say! We tweak the plan till you’re thrilled with it.
Most makeovers take just 4-5 days from the first day of work to the final wipe - typically Monday - Friday. Sometimes it’s a wee bit more if you’ve added extras. We’ll always update you as we go. You will never be left guessing when the team is arriving or leaving.
We do our best to keep things neat. The team brings dustsheets and tidies up every evening. Where possible, we'll try set up in a way that means rubbish goes straight outside to the skip, not through your house. And when we’re done, we leave the space spotless—ready for that first bubble bath or relaxing shower!
Yes! Any products you select come with their own manufacturer warranties, so you’re covered for years to come.
You get full aftercare as part of the service. If any issues pop up, such as a loose handle or a dripping tap, just ring us. We stand by our work and are always happy to visit and sort it out.
